Long been known as a popular choice with the royals (subsequently one cable car is called the “Prince of Wales”), Klosters is a traditional town with some extensive skiing over to Davos.

The slopes are long and gentle, good off piste being one of the main appeals to the resort. On the mountain there are some lovely small restaurants with good food and views. At the end of the day head to Chesa Grischuna offering live music and a busy bar.
